Final Paper Submission and Registration Instructions for IEEE PCDS 2026
Important: Final paper submissions must be made through IEEE Author Submission Site, NOT Easychair!
The page limits are as follows:
Regular Research Paper: 9 pages, with up to 1 additional pages available for purchase at USD $100 per extra page.
Camera-ready submission MUST follow the template required by the IEEE Author Kit, please refer to the Author Submission Site listed below.

You are strongly encouraged to read the following instructions before starting the registration
Full registration is required for authors with the accepted papers, each paper must have at least one author who completes the full registration (full registration is marked at the table below). Full registration has the following benefits:
(1) Publication of one accepted paper in the proceedings
(2) A copy of the proceedings (Webpub publication)
(3) Access to all conference sessions
(4) Program brochure and conference goodies
(5) Lunch, coffee breaks, banquet and reception
The registration window and fee are as below, the IEEE PCDS 2026 offers the early bird discount to those who register by July 1. The deadline for Full registration is July 31. Please note that if your payment is not received by that date, the paper will be removed from the proceedings
